Bonitas medical has 5 comprehensive plans and two hospital options for the potential customer to choose from.

Comprehensive:

• Primary: Major cover at 100% Bonitas rate. Hospital cover, Chronic benefit, GP visits, basic dentistry and optometry, day to day benefits, and an overall annual limit of R 1 Million. Premiums start at R1274 per month.

• Standard: Major cover at 100% of Bonitas rates, 42 chronic conditions covered, hospital cover, up to R3000 GP visits, Dentistry and Optometry, up to R3300 day to day benefits, and an unlimited overall annual limit. Premiums start from R 1973 per month.

• BonSave: major cover at 150% of Bonitas rates, 26 chronic conditions covered, hospital cover, savings account to cover day to day benefits, basic dentistry benefits, and an unlimited overall annual limit. Premiums start at R1406 per month.

• BonClassic: Major cover at 100% of Bonitas rates, Hospital cover, 37 chronic conditions covered, Radiology, Pathology, Paramedical, Physical therapy, Dentistry, Optometry, and an unlimited overall annual limit. Premiums start from R 2268 per month.

• Bon Comprehensive: major cover at 300% of Bonitas Rates, hospital cover, 53 chronic conditions covered, Savings and threshold covers day to day expenses, biological drug benefits, refractive surgery benefits, and an unlimited overall annual limit. Premiums start at R3346 per month.

Hospital plans:

• BonEssential: Hospital cover, major cover at 100% of Bonitas rates, 26 chronic conditions covered in and out of the hospital, and an unlimited overall annual limit. Premiums start at R979 per month.

• BonCap: Major cover at 100% Bonitas rates, 26 chronic conditions covered, network provided day to day benefits, and an overall annual limit of R600,000. Premiums start at R555 per month.
